Château Angélus opens new underground vinification cellar “Acte III: Naissance”
Château Angélus, a nominee and public vote winner of the Wine Travel Awards in the Art & History Object (2025–2026) category, has unveiled a new vinification cellar in Saint-Émilion. The new facility is buried 7 meters underground and represents a complex engineering structure designed to provide a controlled environment for wine production.
