Wineries from around the world are invited to collaborate in the collection of scientific data The whole world Geisenheim University, WineTourism.com, UN Tourism, the OIV, and the Great Wine Capitals Global Network (GWC) have launched a research initiative aimed at collecting and analyzing scientific data to provide up-to-date insights into key developments and trends in the wine tourism sector. The research findings will be presented in the autumn at two conferences – in Bulgaria and France. Drinks+ & Wine Travel Awards, an organizer of educational and awareness-raising events promoting advanced knowledge and experience in wine tourism, supports this research initiative and calls on wineries around the world to participate in the survey.
