Wine events connecting people: WTA greets its first edition winner in Portugal

Wine Travel Week which is currently running in Porto, Portugal, is a new international event dedicated to the promotion of wine tourism. It’s an interactive and innovative wine tourism event, bringing together professionals and key players from all over the world. 

Veronika Busel, WTA representative in Portugal, visiting this event, had a wonderful opportunity to meet up with the Voting Winner of WTA first edition and this year’s nominee in the Top Guide category, Miguel Leal. His company, ML Private Tours, creates unique travel experiences for wine lovers who are seeking for the best of what Portugal has to offer, particularly in regards to the best wine and gastronomy. Miguel specializes in the famous wine regions located in the north of Portugal, mainly Porto, Douro, Vinho Verde, Dão and Bairrada, but he can also offer premium tours to the neighboring wine regions in Portugal and Spain.
