To witness Wine Paris 2027 is to begin life anew
From 15-17 February 2027, Paris will once again rise as the epicentre of global wine culture. Wine Paris 2027 is far more than a trade fair: it is a barometer of the industry, a place where the temperature of global trends is taken and new meanings are born. Today, it stands as a true locus of energy – a space for renewal, recalibration, and forward momentum.
Three thematic universes, three vectors of development, three ways to glimpse the future of beverages.
Wine Paris
The beating heart of the event – an international arena where winemakers, importers, distributors, journalists, and the architects of contemporary wine culture converge. Over recent years, Wine Paris has ascended to the top tier of global expo hubs, earning the title of Wine Travel Awards 2025-2026 Winner in the category Event of the Year.
On 1 July, a discreet yet eloquent ceremony took place at the Vinexposium office in Paris: WTA ambassador Oleksandra Minenko-Decamps presented the trophy and diploma to Nicolas Cuissard, Director of Wine Paris. This moment was more than recognition – it was an affirmation of a strategy that has transformed Wine Paris into a global centre of wine dialogue, a place where ideas not only emerge but crystallise into the trends of tomorrow.
Be Spirits
A territory where spirits speak with a resonant voice and fermented beverages perform their own arias. Here, craft distillers, mixologists, brewers, and cider makers shape a new aesthetic of bar culture. Be Spirits is a laboratory of flavour – a meeting point of artisanal brands and innovation, where tradition coexists with experimentation.
The Other Sip (No/Low)
A world of non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages that has long ceased to be “an alternative”. This is a space for brands responding to contemporary demands: mindful consumption, gastronomic balance, and a new culture of healthy living.
Wine Travel Awards in Paris
Wine Paris 2027 will spotlight climate change, emerging wine regions, and the new protagonists of the wine world – the very questions shaping today’s global discourse. Here, WTA nominees and winners, wine travellers, producers, journalists, and all those writing the modern wine narrative will meet once again.
