The new 2023-2024 season of Wine Travel Awards has officially started!
We are glad to announce that registration for “early birds” has been opened.
Are you a winemaker, a winery owner, a wine tourism professional, a wine writer, a wine educator or a wine blogger? Are you running a winery hotel or an oenotheque, organizing wine tastings and tours for wine lovers from your region and from around the world? We invite you to become a Wine Travel Awards nominee and join our vibrant WTA community in order to get a one year international promo campaign for you and your business!

Upon joining the WTA as a nominee, each participant is granted a complex WTA promo campaign (November 2023-November 2024) which includes:

✔️an article about the nominee on www.drinks.ua (the website has a global reach);
✔️a nominee’s profile in the Wine Travel Awards Guide 2023-2024 – the catalogue that will be distributed at the world’s leading wine exhibitions and WTA events (for reference, please see the WTA Guide 2021-2022 here.)
✔️info support on Drinks+ and in the WTA social media, as well as in the WTA email newsletters (22,650 international subscribers engaged in wine business);

✔️opportunity of Integration in the WTA events during the campaign period (on the preferable conditions with a special discount for nominees);

Here are special terms we offer for “early birds”:
nomination in first category — 380 euros;
nomination in two categories — plus 285 euros (25% discount per 2nd category);
nomination in three categories — plus 190 euros (50% discount per 3rd category).
By taking advantage of the early bird for the WTA 2023-2024 (starts on November 1), you, as a member of the WTA community, can now participate in the WTA events on the financial loyalty program. By joining now, you will get the opportunity to be integrated into the nearest event held by WTA in Poland at Enoexpo Krakow 2023 (November 8-10, 2023). Special integration rates are offered only to WTA community members.

WTA is an annual award in the field of wine tourism which has a special format. Rather than being a traditional rating system, it functions as a tailor-made marketing and advertising campaign for each participant across different countries.
Wine Travel Awards have already been appreciated by many international wine and tourism associations, such as Valpolicella Consortium, Asti DOCG Consortium, Austrian Wine (AustrianWine Marketing Board), Wines of Hungary, Wines of Moldova, Vine and Wine Foundation Of Armenia, National Inbound and Domestic Tourism Association of Moldova (ANTRIM), The Tourism Commitee of Armenia (Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia), etc. as well as many wonderful wineries and wine groups.
In 2022, WTA got accepted into the Bernard Magrez Start-Up Win incubator, overcoming huge competition and to be selected as one of the most promising wine and wine tourism innovative projects in 2023.
We are proud of our partnership with the Gérard Basset Foundation: the WTA 2023-2024 winner of the Ambassador of the Year category will also be awarded with the Gérard Basset Prize “Ambassador of the Year”.
During the two previous years of the project activities (2021-2022, 2022-2023), we successfully presented our community members at the major international wine fairs, such as the London Wine Fair, ProWein, Vinitaly, BordeauxWine Week, IWINETC, WinExpo Georgia, Italian Taste Summit, Balkans International Wine Competition and Festival, etc.
