Authors of literary works (a guidebook, a reference book, etc.) or a series of publications in any mass media (including non-periodicals) on enogastronomic topics can be nominated for this category. Their publications should have been published during the year before the current year of the award and had outstanding publicity and promoted relevant destinations, locations, wine, and other products of the region in terms of tourist attractiveness.
