Warsaw Wine Experience 2026: over 1,000 wines and around 130 exhibitors in Warsaw

Warsaw Wine Experience

Around 130 exhibitors and more than 1,000 wines will be presented at Warsaw Wine Experience on 22–23 November at PGE Narodowy. This year’s edition will be the largest so far, with more countries, regions and producers represented than ever before.

“The Polish wine market has changed enormously over the last few years. It is not only growing, but becoming much more diverse. Importers and sommeliers are looking beyond the obvious regions, consumers are much more confident in their choices, natural wine has found its place in gastronomy, and Polish wine is developing extremely fast. There is simply much more curiosity in the market than there used to be,” says Ewa Rybak of Ferment and Warsaw Wine Experience.

Many of the wines presented at Warsaw Wine Experience will be shown in Poland for the first time. Producers will meet importers, sommeliers, restaurateurs and media, with Monday, 23 November, dedicated entirely to the trade. Sunday, 22 November, is open to consumers.

The growing diversity of the Polish market is also visible in the programme. Polish wineries will have their own dedicated zone, with producers presenting both their wines and their enotourism offer. Natural and low-intervention wines will once again be grouped in a separate area.

New this year is the no-lo zone. Alcohol-free wines will be joined by kombucha, fermented drinks and sparkling teas – a category that is becoming increasingly relevant for gastronomy.

“I think we have moved past the moment when the Polish market could be described mainly in terms of how much wine we drink per capita. What is much more interesting today is what we drink and what people are looking for. The choice is broader, there are many more specialist importers, and restaurants are more open to wines and styles that would have been considered quite niche only a few years ago,” says Ewa Rybak.

The main tasting will be accompanied by masterclasses and seminars. The idea remains simple: to give visitors a chance to taste widely, compare regions and styles and, importantly, talk directly to the people behind the wines.

Polish wine will be an important part of the event. The local industry has developed rapidly in recent years, not only in terms of the number and quality of wines available, but also around wine tourism. At Warsaw Wine Experience, visitors will be able to meet Polish winemakers and learn more about visiting vineyards and wineries around the country.

The venue is unusual for a wine event: Warsaw Wine Experience takes place at PGE Narodowy, Poland’s national stadium, with the tasting hall overlooking the stands and the pitch. This year the stadium will be used more extensively, including a separate VIP lounge. The VIP programme will also include selected wines unavailable in the main hall, among them archive vintages.
