Ukrainian Cuisine and Wines at the Foire Internationale de Dijon 2025

This autumn, in the French city of Dijon – renowned for its culinary traditions – one of Europe’s most vibrant gastronomic events is taking place: Foire Internationale de Dijon 2025. Among the many participants from around the world is Ukraine, which will present its authentic flavors, the craftsmanship of its chefs and winemakers, and its rich folk artistry.

The Ukrainian stand will be located at Parc des Expositions, Hall Gastronomie, where every visitor will have the chance to experience the unique spirit of Ukrainian hospitality. Guests will enjoy culinary workshops, wine tastings, and themed master classes offering a closer look at Ukraine’s diverse culture.

Ukraine’s participation – featuring both food and wine – has been made possible through the initiative of Oleksandra Minenko-Decamps, WTA nominee and ambassador, with the support of UKRSADVINPROM.

  • November 4 – Visitors will be treated to Ukrainian borshch, a symbol of home warmth and tradition, paired with Ukrainian red wines.
  • November 5 – The spotlight will be on the legendary Chicken Kyiv, complemented by elegant white wines from Ukrainian winemakers.

From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on both days, open tastings will invite everyone to discover the genuine taste of Ukraine.

In addition, on November 5 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the Ukrainian Artisans’ Atelier will be open – a creative space offering workshops for children and adults, as well as the opportunity to purchase handmade crafts, souvenirs, and traditional Ukrainian sweets.

Ukraine’s participation in the Foire Internationale de Dijon is a wonderful opportunity to introduce the French public to our country’s gastronomy, craftsmanship, and heartfelt spirit – the essence of Ukraine itself.
