One of New Zealand’s most distinguished wineries turns 40 this year.

«40 years of Cloudy Bay, 40 years of unforgettable moments», – that’s what they say at the winery.

The Wine Travel Awards team congratulates the hero of the day.

Founded in 1985 by David Hohnen and Kevin Judd, the winery has gained international recognition for its Sauvignon Blanc and now produces a range of wines including Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Each winery vintage is always a masterpiece and such a high quality is a testament to the great vineyards.

Last year Cloudy Bay won the Wine Travel Awards as Brand – the Visiting Card of the Country. This year the winery is also nominated for the international WTA award.
