Wine Chapters – Algarve Edition by Micaela Fonseca

Micaela Fonseca, founder of the Women in Wine Portugal network and winner of the public vote at the Wine Travel Awards, invites wine and gastronomy enthusiasts to join Wine Chapters – Algarve Edition, a three-day celebration of Algarve’s wines, cuisine, and culture. The event will take place from October 10 to 12, 2025.

Set against the backdrop of southern Portugal’s sunny landscapes, the program offers an immersive experience that goes beyond the beaches – revealing the region’s distinctive vineyards and native grape varieties.

Created by Micaela, Wine Chapters aims to bring people together through wine and gastronomy, offering genuine experiences that foster connection and appreciation for Portuguese craftsmanship.

“Wine Chapters is about emotion, connection, and recognition – celebrating the excellence of Portuguese producers,” says Micaela Fonseca.

Over three days, participants will explore some of Algarve’s most remarkable wineries – Morgado do Quintão, Quinta dos Vales, and Arvad Wines – enjoying vineyard tours, curated tastings, wine-paired lunches and dinners, and a relaxed brunch-style tasting that highlights the richness of southern Portuguese terroirs.

Guests can choose between the full three-day experience or individual tasting sessions.
