Tasty “cats” – a good mood

On February 9, a unique event by Einat Klein and Andrey Makarevich took place in Tel Aviv – a tasting of two new Einat Winery wines.

As always, Einat Klein wine tasting is a celebration, a combination of music and wine. And this time, the bright event gave the guests not only the pleasure of fragrant wine and cool jazz – everyone who attended the unique evening took away a piece of joy and a ray of light.

Einat Klein – a nominee and winner of the public vote of the Wine Travel Awards 2022-2023 in Wine Guide/Top Guide, WTA judge – was responsible for the contents of the bottles, and Andrey Makarevich created the exclusive design of the labels. Each bottle is numbered and is a collector’s item.

“This was by far the largest of all our wine events – about 500 guests! Just incredible. A huge number of old friends, new acquaintances and just wonderful viewers and connoisseurs!” says Einat Klein.

This time the “cats” were called “Lonely Cat 2020” and “3 Other Cats 2020”. The first is a monovarietal from the Petit Verdot variety, which is mainly used in classic Bordeaux assemblages. Wine experts say that even in Israel there are very few monovarietal wines from Petit Verdot. But Einat Winery knows how to surprise wine lovers. The second wine is a blend of three grape varieties: Marselan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan.

“This evening will go down in our history as a wine adventure with a lonely cat and three ones,” the guests commented on the party.

And there is no doubt that everyone is already waiting for the next tastings. And they are already planned. Where? In Ashdod (March 21) and Haifa (March 22). There will be a lot of wine, a lot of delicious snacks and a lot of good music. But most importantly it is the unique atmosphere that always prevails at events hosted by Einat Klein and Andrey Makarevich.
