You will travel on a fascinating journey from the burgeoning vineyards of Huailai (just a stone’s throw from Beijing) to the legendary coasts of Yantai and the sunny terroirs of Ningxia. Sample rich Cabernets born from Franco-Chinese collaborations, white wines inspired by the lunar calendar and aged in the silence of deserted cellars and blends that weave together the stories of emperors and immortals*.
