British inclusivity and accessibility consultant Emma Hodges has been shortlisted for the IWSC Emerging Talent in Wine 2025, an award that celebrates outstanding professionals shaping the future of the wine industry. This nomination highlights Hodges’ impactful contributions to building a more inclusive and accessible wine culture.

In the 2024-2025 Wine Travel Awards, Emma has also been nominated in the Wine & Food Influencer / Expert Opinion category.

Working in wine education and communication, Emma actively champions inclusion and accessibility across the industry. She developed the “7 Stems of Inclusion” program, which focuses on adapting communication, physical spaces, and services to meet diverse needs. In addition, she advises key organizations such as Wine GB and Drinks United on inclusivity and equality in the beverage sector. Emma Hodges has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the Drinks Industry.
