Bethlen-Haller Castle Hosted the MUZELE Stradivarius Concert
On 4 July 2026, Bethlen-Haller Castle in Cetatea de Baltă, Romania, hosted the prestigious International Stradivarius Tour. The 19th edition of the tour, titled MUZELE (The Muses), was dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of Constantin Brâncuși, Romanian sculptor widely regarded as one of the pioneers of modern sculpture.

Renowned Romanian violinist Alexandru Tomescu performed on the legendary Stradivarius Elder-Voicu violin alongside guitarist Dragoș Ilie and bandoneon virtuoso Omar Massa. The concert once again brought together classical music, cultural heritage and wine tourism within one of Transylvania’s most remarkable historic estates.
Bethlen-Haller Castle is also a Wine Travel Awards 2025–2026 nominee and the Public Voting Winner in the Art & History Object category, recognised for its contribution to preserving and promoting Romania’s architectural and wine heritage.
