Vitaliy Kovach set himself exactly this goal when he thought about creating his own sommelier school. He has spent many years studying the intricacies of the sommelier profession – his favorite pastime. For some time, he lived and worked in Italy, where he acquired his unusual specialty.

In total, Vitaliy has been involved in sommellerie for 20 years and is the most famous wine expert in Ukraine, a member of the Italian Sommelier Association and a brand ambassador of Villa Sandi, the world’s leading Prosecco producer.
Vitaliy Kovach Sommelier School is an innovative educational institution that is not connected to a specific territory or place. In recent years, Vitaliy Kovach Sommelier School has trained future experts in Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy… Over the seven years of its existence, the school has trained hundreds of professional sommeliers.
The School’s graduates work all over the world. They work on huge cruise ships, in world-class hotel brands, wine boutiques, in small but incredibly cozy wine restaurants.
Vitaliy Kovach’ Sommelier School does not initially require a high level of knowledge. Its professional staff trains people who want to gain knowledge for themselves. Vitaliy Kovach attracts everyone who is fascinated by the amazing world of wine and dreams of understanding it even deeper.
After all, it is incredibly pleasant to discover unique visual and aromatic shades of the drink, to understand the difference in the flavor notes of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay or Riesling wines and to get involved in the culture of winemaking and wine consumption in your own way.
In addition, the school has its own vineyard, where a large number of different varieties from around the world are represented. The students of the school have the opportunity to learn about the world of viticulture on their own.
