Ventiventi Winery #92
A Must Visit Wine Experience in Emilia
The experience offered by Ventiventi is a journey that begins in the vineyards and culminates in the glass. Guests are guided along a carefully curated path that explores production choices, vineyard practices, the use of innovative technologies, and a sustainability philosophy that permeates every stage of winemaking.
The itinerary winds through vineyards cultivated under certified organic agriculture and continues into spaces dedicated to grape processing and winemaking, offering visitors a clear understanding of what it means to oversee the entire production chain – from vine to bottle.
At Ventiventi, hospitality means sharing, storytelling, and offering guests an authentic and engaging way to experience wine. This is not merely a stop along a wine route, but a destination that leaves a lasting impression – a journey into the roots of Emilia and the vibrant energy of a young, forward-looking winery. For wine lovers seeking authenticity, storytelling, and a memorable experience, Ventiventi is truly a Must Visit destination.
Rooted in the Land of Emilia
The Ventiventi story began in 2014 with the acquisition of land in Medolla (Modena), in the heart of Emilia. The 70-hectare estate, including 30 hectares of vineyards, was carefully chosen for its exceptional alluvial soil composition – 45% clay, 47% silt, and 8% sand – creating an ideal environment for viticulture. Ventiventi has chosen to be “green” from day one, not to follow a trend, but to affirm a deep and consistent vision. Organic certification, both in the vineyard and in the winery, is not just a formal recognition but a symbol of responsibility and respect for the land, people, and the future.
From First Planting to First Harvest
The first vines were planted in 2016, marking the start of a long-term family commitment built on patience and care. The inaugural harvest in 2018 was the reward for years of dedication, laying the foundation for a project driven by quality rather than speed.

The year 2020 became a defining milestone – and the winery’s name. With the official release of its first wines, Ventiventi entered the market with a clear identity. A focus on Metodo Classico, sustainability, and meticulous craftsmanship quickly set the winery apart in a competitive and evolving wine landscape.

Ventiventi’s philosophy centres on enhancing local grape varieties such as Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce, Sorbara, Ancellotta, and Pignoletto, while also working with international grapes including Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Traminer. Today, the winery produces over 66,000 bottles, spanning Metodo Classico, Charmat, and still wines.
A Family Vision, Three Perspectives
Run by brothers Andrea, Riccardo, and Tommaso Razzaboni, Ventiventi represents the synthesis of three complementary visions. Their youthful, dynamic, and family-driven approach is both a challenge and a strength – transforming complexity into originality and distinctive market offerings.
Since November 2023, Ventiventi has been a member of FIVI – the Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers, reinforcing its commitment to authenticity, transparency, and independent winemaking values.
