He is currently a member of the Sommelier and the Cellar team at La Tour d’Argent, Paris, one of the world’s most historic and prestigious gastronomic institutions, and a legendary cellar – renowned for one of the most significant wine collections globally.

Tanmay plays an integral role in the Bordeaux Mentor Week, a forward-thinking mentorship initiative founded by Jane Anson and Chinedu Rita Rosa.
Beginning his journey as a mentee, he has since progressed to serve as Secretary of the Board, overseeing organizational strategy and execution. The upcoming edition marks the fifth year of the initiative, reflecting its sustained growth and international impact.
At the Vinexposium 2025 V d’Or Awards, Bordeaux Mentor Week won in the Best Education and Knowledge Sharing category alongside the esteemed Gérard Basset Foundation.

Tanmay’s professional trajectory includes senior roles in luxury hospitality across France, demonstrating his versatility across seasonal luxury environments, combining wine program development, team leadership, and high-level guest service.
In addition to his restaurant and mentorship leadership roles, Tanmay serves as Consultant Sommelier for Vines by Rosa Consultancy, founded by Chinedu Rita Rosa. In this capacity, he contributed to wine program development, strategic advisory, wine pairing dinners and curated international wine initiatives, further extending his impact beyond the restaurant floor into broader industry development.
