To love wine with all your heart

Einat Winery production is located in Samaria (Israel). The owners of the winery, Einat Klein and Andrey Makarevich, are creative people and they are passionate about their business. For Einat Klein, wine is not just a drink, it is a hobby, a passion and one of the facets of her busy professional activity.

The vineyards of Einat Winery are located at an altitude of 850 meters in the Samaria mountains and are considered to be one of the best in Israel. The first output saw the world in 2021, the wine was called “3 Cats”, with only 1000 bottles released. Andrey Makarevich worked on the label design. The winemakers regularly host wine tastings, dinner parties and a variety of other events to share their love of wine with others. Wine delivery is carried out to almost all countries of the world.

Cats. Lots of cats

Einat Winery’s first wine was called “3 Cats”. It was a red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Next up was “4 Cats”, made from four grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec. And recently, the winery introduced two new products: “Lonely Cat” – the first monovarietal wine from the Petit Verdot and “3 Other Cats” – Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan and Carignan – this wine is distinguished by high tannin and richness. “Cats” can be bought in sets and this is a great idea when it’s hard to decide. The set consists of three wines: “4 Cats”, “3 Other Cats” and “Lonely Cat”. The wine is packaged in a convenient box, which is great to take to a party as a gift or to store in a wine cabinet until opened.

Tastings by Einat Winery are always a holiday

Einat Winery tastings can be called a “club of interests”. It is always a holiday for those who love good wine, delicious snacks and live music. At each tasting, the winery owners talk about their new wine(s) and the history of their winemaking.

One of the last tastings, which took place in Tel Aviv, attracted nearly 500 guests. “This is, surely, the largest of all our wine activities. Just incredible. A huge number of old friends, new acquaintances and simply wonderful spectators and connoisseurs!” commented Einat Klein.

The upcoming tastings are announced for March 21 in Ashdow and March 22 in Haifa.

Upon request, Einat Winery hosts tastings in its wine cellar or other locations of your choice; dinner parties where you can not only enjoy delicious food and sunny wines, but also listen to stories about Einat Winery wines and their production. The winemakers also offer you to take part in master classes on wine preparation and wine tours to Israeli wineries.
