Casa Martini is located in Pessione of Chieri, not far from Turin’s city center, at Martini & Rossi’s historic premises, it marks the meeting point between the company’s traditions and future. If the walls of Luigi Rossi’s family home could talk, they’d tell tales of secret recipes, aromatic plants and many special anecdotes. Martini & Rossi owe the reputation of its Vermouth to the ingenious recipe of Mr. Luigi Rossi, a Master herbalist and liquorist. For more than 150 years, the best traditions have been born within the hospitable walls of Casa Martini, the historic MARTINI production site. Today the doors of the estate are open for private receptions and conferences as well as for excursions. During the visit to Casa Martini you will have the opportunity to explore the fascinating world of MARTINI: Martini Terrace, Saloon Bar, Botanical Laboratory, Bar Academy, Old Laboratory, Mondo Martini Gallery, the Museum of Winemaking and Martini Shop. Casa Martini is open every day from 11 am. to 7 pm. Last admission – 5 pm. The closing day on Tuesday and Wednesday.

At Casa Martini the production plant is still based and where you can experience a Martini experience, including tastings, guided tours and unique masterclasses.
At MARTINI DISCOVERY TOUR you will discover the MARTINI’s botanicals and learn about the production stages; Visit Mondo Martini Gallery and discover more about Martini history, visit inside the Martini production plant, tasting the MARTINI products, discover the Martini Store.
During the MARTINI COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE, you will leave a day as a bartender, join expert ambassadors in the Bar Academy and learn the secrets of preparing the most iconic Martini cocktails.
There is also an existing tour VERMOUTH CLASS with the Martini Ambassador, discover the secrets and the balance behind Martini vermouths. You will create your own symphony and make your own vermouth for real!
A unique experience that will guide you through the entire Martini range MARTINI ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE. Sensory games will allow you to learn about the characteristics of the products that have always marked the history of the aperitif
A special food pairing will make the experience perfect. In addition, it is possible to visit the spaces of Casa Martini and finish your experience at the Martini shop and choose a souvenir of your day!

I cannot praise this experience enough. The tour started with a walk around the museum followed by the discovery tour and rounded off with the tasting and good pairing. The tasting was an eye opener and I’m now a convert to Martini.

We did the discovery tour and it was really nice. The museum is interesting and during the tour the information in the museum really comes to live. We had a very knowledgeable and friendly guide during the tour and tasting. Overall it was a very nice experience.
It was an amazing experience. I’ve visited Martini museum some year ago, but it is totally renewed now. The tour starts with an audio-guided section through Martini world, very interactive! Then you jump on an electric bus to visit the productive plant, to discover where the magic comes from. At the end of tour there’s a guided tasting section of 3 products and finally a refreshing Martini Fiero and tonic cocktail.
