Alessandro Varagnolo is the proprietor and winemaker at CADGAL His journey into winemaking began after attending wine events, which ignited his passion for the craft. Prior to this, he pursued studies in business and economics. At 29, Alessandro decided to return to his homeland and fulfill his dream of owning a winery. This endeavor is a family affair, with his wife overseeing the B&B and hospitality aspects while he focuses on winemaking. Under Alessandro’s leadership, CADGAL has revitalized its operations, blending traditional methods with innovative approaches.
